Position Overview

At LAEL Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd, we are expanding our engineering team in Pala and seeking 2 Site Engineers (Male) to take charge of on-site construction execution, drafting interpretation, structural quantity estimation, and quality assurance.

You will work closely with our project directors and lead labor teams to deliver premium residential villas and commercial developments across Pala and neighboring project sites.

Department Civil & Site Execution
Location Pala, Kerala

Key Focus & Responsibilities

AutoCAD & Blueprint Reading: Interpret architectural blueprints and structural CAD drawings for exact on-site execution.
Quantity Surveying: Material takeoff, quantity measurements, and cost estimation using MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Bar Bending Schedules (BBS): Verify steel reinforcement cutting schedules and compliance with IS structural codes.
Site Supervision: Drive daily RCC framing, masonry, waterproofing, material quality tests, and worker safety protocols.
DPR & Billing Sheets: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and contractor joint measurement billing records.
Immediate joining preferred for active site works in Pala.
